Iconic fashion brand, JW ANDERSON and Melin Tregwynt collaborate to create bespoke blanket in tomato red, celebrating traditional Welsh craftsmanship. It has been an honour to work with the JW ANDERSON brand in creating this beautiful and unique blanket design, celebrating the legacy of weaving in Wales.

Inspired by a webinar which showcased the creative possibilities of recycled materials and highlighted how brands and manufacturers could integrate these practices into circular business models, we have developed our ‘Adfer’, hand-knit recycled yarn.

Our Forest Winter blankets were chosen for the bedrooms and blend easy, pared-back comfort, with an earthy palette and tactile finish that harmonise perfectly with the breathtaking mountain views.

Last year we worked with TOAST to create a special edition of our Knot Garden design, which they featured in their printed catalogue, and online.

This year the collaboration has continued with some more colours developed especially for Toast. They have also written a lovely blog about the mill, its history and products, featuring the special products we’ve made for them. 

A number of keen eyed supporters have spotted our fabrics on display in the Luxury and power: Persia to Greece  exhibition which which runs from 4th May to 13th August 2023 at the British Museum

In 2012, as part of the Cultural Olympiad, Adain Avion, a mobile art space created from a DC-9 Aeroplane, ably captained by Marc Rees and his team, travelled across Wales. To mark the event and to celebrate 100 years of our family company we produced a special fabric.
