This week we chat to Paula Harding…
Everyone here at the mill has their own story and Paula's is very special as she is the third generation of her family to work in the business. Her grandmother Jean came to work here in the early 1980's and her mother Aelwen followed in 1994. Paula herself joined us 10 years ago in 2013.
